new photos coming soon   The coastline of the Great Ocean Road is one of the most spectacular in the world. Fixed wing flights are available from Apollo Bay or helicopter flights nearby the 12 Apostles.

 

 The Otway Fly  The Otway Fly The Otway Fly is the longest & highest rainforest canopy walk in the world, soaring 25 metres above the ground through the tree tops of the Otway Ranges near Lavers Hill. Suitable for all ages, this stunning 600 metre walk winds its way through a canopy of giant eucalypts, myrtle beech & blackwood trees. The Fly is 40 minutes from Colac, just off the Great Ocean Road.

 

 new photos coming soon   The 12 Apostles is one of Australia's best known tourist attractions. To get there you'll be travelling through lush rainforests & along a spectacularly rugged coastline. About 90 minutes drive from Colac on the Great Ocean Road.

 

 Beauchamp Falls  Hopetoun Falls Beauchamp Falls (left) & Hopetoun Falls (right) are just two of the many waterfalls spread throughout the Otway Ranges. Both of these waterfalls are in close proximity to the Otway Fly. Mountain Ash, blackwood & myrtle beech are the dominant species in these areas.

 

 Johanna beach Johanna Beach is the closest beach to Colac - one hour - and is arguably one of this country's most stunning. Johanna is not considered a safe swimming beach but offers fantastic surfing & fishing. It forms part of the Great Ocean Walk so if you have some time, there are some very memorable sights to be had. Early morning or late afternonn walks will probably put you in company with the local kangaroos. Turn down the red Johanna Road on the Great Ocean Road.
